This form is intended for class members in IRAP’s Afghan and Iraqi Allies lawsuit about delays in the Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) program. Please read this page to learn about the lawsuit and if you are a class member.

If you are a class member and are experiencing delays at certain steps in the SIV process, you can send a message to the litigation team using this form. We may be able to make an inquiry about the status of your case to the U.S. government through the Afghan and Iraqi Allies lawsuit. If you complete this form, we will contact you if we believe we can make an inquiry about your case. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond to all individuals.

The Afghan and Iraqi Allies lawsuit covers only SIV applicants who submitted COM applications before February 28, 2022. If you submitted your COM application after that, you are not a class member in the lawsuit. IRAP’s resources for Afghan SIV applicants are available here.
